Kael was also asking about online methods for tracking your WOD's and your progress. So I gathered together a couple sites to check out if your interested. They all have pretty cool features like world rankings, meal/weight/body fat trackers, plus lots o' other cool things.

Also another reminder, if anyone is interested in keeping track of their body measurements(weight/body fat/arms,waist, chest.....ect.) or want to start taking before after pics (I highly recommend it, not only as great motivation but also as a starting point to look back at to see how much you have accomplished!!) I have a template set up and all the tools at the gym to get ya stared!
