Allright guys I'm going to start posting the WOD the day before again. BUT don't let it discourage you from coming in. Remember, If your feeling achey in an area that is going to be used the next and your thinking about skipping, DON'T!! Come roll out/stretch and work on that area, or talk to us and we can scale the WOD appropriately for you!

Ladder Style!
Chest 2 Bar Pullups
Deadlifts(185/135)

Start with 1 c2b, 1 DL, then 2,2, 3,3 4,4......and so on trying to get as far up the ladder as you can!
