Don't forget about F.I.T. Total on Saturday! First lifts are going to start around 1pm. Make sure you sign up to bring something for the Bar-B-Q!! We will still be running normal class times on Satruday too: 8:30am and 10am
Also starting Monday (7/30) the morning class will now be 5:45am to 6:45am!
